We are expanding our presence in Dubai and are looking for an experienced, motivated Senior Property Advisor who understands the Dubai market deeply and knows how to navigate high-value transactions with confidence and care.

Your Role

As a Senior Property Advisor, you play a key role in connecting clients with premium opportunities across Dubai’s property landscape. You are not just selling properties – you are advising, negotiating, and building a trusted personal brand in the market.

Your responsibilities include:

• Managing residential and/or commercial property sales and leasing in Dubai
• Handling property transactions of AED 2 million and above
• Advising investors and end-users with professionalism and market insight
• Conducting property viewings and leading negotiations confidently
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and developers
• Staying up to date with Dubai’s property laws, regulations, and market trends
• Working closely with banks, legal advisors, and internal teams to ensure smooth transactions
• Actively contributing to company growth through networking and referrals

Your Profile

• 3–5 years of proven experience in the Dubai real estate market
• Demonstrated track record of earning AED 1M+ in yearly transactions
• Strong negotiation and closing abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Deep understanding of Dubai’s property processes and regulations
• Self-driven, goal-oriented, and client-focused mindset
• RERA certification is an advantage
• UAE driving license preferred
• Fluent English; additional languages (Chinese, Russian, German) are a plus
