The Deecke Creative Agency is the in-house brand and communications
agency of the holding and is simultaneously being developed as an agency
for external clients. It is responsible for the strategic positioning, brand
building, and visual communication of Deecke Holding LLC and its subsidia
ries – internally and externally. Our collaboration is international, direct, and
respectful. We work on equal footing, with high standards for quality, clarity,
and responsibility.
Your Responsibilities:
As a Marketing Manager you will be responsible for developing inspiring, creative, and market-oriented strategies in Financial Solutions, Real Estate, Marketing and Communications and Luxury Hospitality.
Your responsibilities include:
- Develop and manage content strategies for relevant social media channels (including storytelling and community building)
- Plan and implement paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms to drive traffic and conversions
- Storytelling for websites and cross-channel communications
- Support and execute go-to-market strategies for successful product and project launches
- Develop, implement, and evaluate marketing and communication activities
- Drive compelling messaging to communicate the value and advantages of trading and real estate products
- Ensure target group-oriented content management across all channels
- Take full responsibility for campaigns including budgeting, controlling, and reporting
- Maintenance and project management for websites, social media, ads, presentations, and print & digital media
- Collaboration on performance marketing, Meta Ads, and Google campaigns together with our
external agency and in-house team (HubSpot knowledge is a plus)
- Coordinate closely with product managers, designers, and external service providers
- Conduct regular performance evaluations of implemented measures
- Lead project management in an international environment
- Work in close collaboration with the Managing Director/Creative Director to align on strategic marketing directions.
Your Profile
- At least 5 years of professional experience in marketing or media management, ideally with a focus on Financial Products, Real Estate and Luxury Hospitality
- University degree in Marketing, Media Management, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification
- Strong copywriting and storytelling skills, ideally inFinancial Products and Real Estate
- Experience in financial topics and a strong understanding of market and industry trends
- Proficient in managing social media platforms with a strong sense for trends
- Analytical and communication skills combined with a reliable, structured, and solution-oriented approach
- Creative, out-of-the-box thinker with a passion for international collaboration
- Very good English skills; Arabic or German is a plus
- Permanent work location: Dubai, with regular office presence
